For custom itinerary creation and travel planning support, our initial and non-refundable travel planning fee is $250.00 USD and covers destination research and custom itinerary creation. 

All service fees are paid before any proposal is presented and whether the client ultimately books the trip with us or not. Planning fees are processed through an encrypted payment link form to process a debit or credit card (with an additional 3.5% processing fee).

Destination weddings, honeymoons and corporate travel planning fees are at an increased rate based on the complexity of the travel planning needs presented and the cost is quoted during the consult call. 

To have flight tickets booked on your behalf by the Bespoke Bookings air team is at a cost of $100 per person, and includes pre-travel service support and 24/7 in-travel emergency service.

** If you are seeking travel planning support and your trip departs in less than 20 days, an additional non-refundable expedited travel planning fee of $150 is added**

Step 2: Complimentary Consult Call
Once we receive your travel inquiry form we will reach out via email with the best next steps. Be sure to schedule your complimentary 15min consult call.

An initial consultation is always complimentary. We value having an opportunity to get to know more about you, your likes & dislikes, goals, and expectations for your trip so that we can customize the perfect travel experience for you.

Step 3: Non-Refundable Deposit
After our consult call if you would like to move forward with working together we require an initial $250.00 USD non refundable planning fee to begin the travel planning work of service. Deposit costs for destination wedding, honeymoon and corporate travel may differ. 

Step 4: Planning
Upon receipt of payment, we will create an initial customized itinerary and quote of cost for you to review and provide feedback.

Step 5: Booking
After we have fine-tuned the itinerary, we will book your trip for you and send you copies of confirmations for record-keeping and reference. Credit card authorization forms are encrypted.

Step 6: All the Extra’s
After the initial parts of the trip are booked (hotel, flight, private luxury transport) we can gladly help you book restaurant reservations, spa appointments, tours, excursions, and more!

Step 7: Staying in Touch

You have a committed team by your side every step of the way. From check-in to check-out, you will have direct access to the Bespoke Bookings team for us to handle anything you may need assistance with remotely while on vacation.

Before you take off, you’ll be prepared with your final travel itinerary, travel tips, destination information, and local contacts. We will reconfirm your arrangements in advance and prep our partners of your arrival for a luxurious welcome experience.

You can expect us to check in with you via email and/ or text message before, during, and after your trip to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Yes. Our annual retainer package would be ideal for you. An annual retainer affords the flexibility of having our team and your assigned agent on call for your travel needs 24/7, working in partnership with clients who are traveling multiple times a year and need attention more regularly. Out of respect for time commitments – both yours and ours – we accept a limited number of annual retainer clients.

Some trips like safaris, weddings, honeymoons, birthday trips, and cruises can be booked more than a year in advance. Most custom independent trips can be booked between 3-12 months in advance.
