Yes there is a cost for custom travel planning services. 

The travel planning fee is discussed during your complimentary consult call based on your trip needs and budget and the service cost is reiterated in a post call email.

For custom itinerary creation, and robust travel planning support, the non-refundable travel planning fee covers hours of destination research and custom itinerary creation. 

All non refundable service fees are paid in full before a proposal is presented. Planning fees are processed through an encrypted payment link form to process a debit or credit card (with an additional 3.5% processing fee).

Working with a travel advisor is a worthy investment and can save you more than 5-10 hours in planning time that you would have spent trying to organize and arrange a trip of your own. Step 2: Complimentary Consult Call
Once we receive your travel inquiry form we will reach out via email to schedule your complimentary consult call.

An initial consultation is always complimentary. We value having an opportunity to get to know more about you, your likes & dislikes, and expectations for your trip so that we can customize the perfect travel experience for you.

Step 3: Non-Refundable Deposit
After our consult call if you would like to move forward with working together we require an initial non refundable planning fee to begin the work of service. You will also need to sign our standard travel service agreement which allows us to legally book travel on your behalf. 

Step 4: Planning
Upon receipt of payment and the signed service agreement, we will create a custom proposal for you to review, provide feedback and approve.

Step 5: Booking
After we have finalized the itinerary, we will book your trip on your behalf and send you copies of confirmation for record-keeping and reference. Credit card authorization forms are encrypted.

Step 6: Staying in Touch

You have a committed team by your side every step of the way. From check-in to check-out, you will have direct access to the Bespoke Bookings team for us to handle anything you may need assistance with remotely while on vacation.

Before you take off, you’ll be prepared with your final travel itinerary, travel tips, destination information, and local contacts. 

We will reconfirm your arrangements in advance and prep our partners for your arrival.

Yes. Our retainer package would be ideal for you as it affords you the flexibility of having multiple trips planned a year at a retainer rate. Giving you access to our dedicated trip concierge for 24/7 attention to your travel needs. We accept a limited number of annual retainer clients.

Yes, if you already booked your hotel and would like to have our client exclusive travel perks added to your reservation, we can help!

Our team can take over the reservation on your behalf at no cost to you when the destination and hotel property of choice is specified.

Trips like safaris, weddings, honeymoons, corporate and group travel, birthday trips, and cruises can be booked more than a year in advance. Most luxury leisure trips can be booked between 4-12 months in advance.

Bespoke Bookings Co. LLC is not a licensed insurance agent. We can however connect you with insurance providers and allow them to produce quotes and  information to share with you directly. All questions about coverage, claims, etc., should be directed to the insurance provider.
