Our team of experts leverage their command of the travel industry to render you exceptional customer service and top tier custom proposals.
For custom itinerary creation, and robust travel planning support, the non-refundable travel planning fee covers hours of destination research and custom itinerary creation.
All custom travel planning services are non refundable and paid in full before a proposal is presented. Planning fees are processed through an encrypted payment link to process a debit or credit card (with an additional 3.5% processing fee).
Working with a travel advisor is a worthy investment and can save you more than 5-10 hours in planning time that you would have spent trying to organize and arrange a trip of your own. Step 2: Reconfirm your trip details
Once we receive your travel inquiry form, we will contact you to reconfirm your trip details.
Step 3: Non-Refundable Deposit
Before being assigned your dedicated travel advisor, you will need to sign our travel service agreement and pay the applicable custom travel planning fee.
Step 4: Planning
Upon receipt of payment and the signed service agreement, we will connect you to your dedicated advisor who will create a custom proposal for you to review, provide feedback and approve.
Step 5: Booking
After your advisor has finalized the itinerary, they will book your trip on your behalf and send you copies of confirmation for record-keeping and reference. Credit card authorization forms are encrypted.
Step 6: Staying in Touch
You have a committed team by your side every step of the way. From check-in to check-out, you will have direct access to the Bespoke Bookings team for us to support you with anything you may need assistance with remotely while on vacation.
Before you take off, you’ll feel prepared with your final travel itinerary, destination information, and local contacts.

It offers the flexibility of planning multiple trips at a retainer rate, giving you access to our dedicated trip concierge for 24/7 support with all your travel needs. We accept a limited number of annual retainer clients to ensure personalized service and attention.
