The best time to visit

The best time to host a company retreat in Napa Valley is during spring (March to May) or fall (September to November), when the region’s weather and scenery are at their best. In spring, mild temperatures of 60°F to 75°F and lush, green vineyards create a fresh and rejuvenating atmosphere, perfect for outdoor activities and team-building. It’s also a quieter time, making it easier to secure reservations and accommodations for your group.

Fall, known as the harvest season or "crush," offers a vibrant and dynamic experience as vineyards bustle with activity. With comfortable temperatures around 70°F to 80°F, stunning autumn hues, and opportunities for wine tastings and outdoor dining, this season provides an inspiring backdrop for networking and collaboration. The unique energy of harvest time makes fall particularly special for retreats.

Summer is Napa’s busiest season, often crowded and more expensive, while winter’s cooler temperatures and dormant vines make it less scenic. For the best combination of great weather, breathtaking views, and a relaxed atmosphere, spring or early fall are the ideal times to plan your retreat in Napa Valley.

This trip is designed to give you the best possible experience. We prioritize sustainability and responsible tourism practices.

Today is a travel day, allowing your team to make their way to California with an arrival to SFO airport in San Francisco where we have arranged for private drivers to transport the team from the airport to Napa for a roughly hour and half drive to their hotel "home away from home".

Today you will have breakfast at the hotel at your own pace. Following breakfast the team will gather in the reserved meeting space for warm welcomes and ice breakers. This will serve as a working brunch with food provided. Following an afternoon of connection, collaboration, and innovation you will have a few minutes to decompress and return to your room to freshen up for dinner at Brix, a farm-to-table California fine dining destination.

Enjoy breakfast at your own pace to start the day. After that, the team will meet in the lobby where your private driver will take you on a fun activity to experience the popular "Napa wine train" where you will taste delectable wines, enjoy a 3-course meal, and take in the stunning views through the windows of the classic train.

You have the evening at your leisure.

Today the team will have an early morning start, but rest assured it is well worth it! You're going to ride in a hot air balloon to view Napa from above. Your early morning excursion starts with light snacks and fresh coffee, then you climb into your baskets and get whisked away as you float serenely over some of the most beautiful vistas in California.

You return to the hotel for an hour break to spend at your leisure before you return to the lobby for another fun winery tour activity with your team.

You will have the evening at leisure to dine at the hotel's restaurant at your own pace or connect with your colleagues at the hotel bar and lounge.

Upon checking out of the hotel, your private sprinter awaits to take the team back to SFO airport in San Francisco where the team will fly back to their respective home sates and cities.
