Toledo has been famous for its steel workshops for centuries, especially during the Middle Ages when its high-quality swords were praised across Europe. You'll have the chance to watch local craftsmen as they create beautiful swords, helmets, and other steelworks in traditional workshops. The Cathedral of Toledo considered Spain's finest example of Gothic architecture, was built over centuries, starting in 1226 and completed in 1493. Inside, you'll experience the art and history of the Spanish Empire firsthand.
